Westside Regional Medical Centers (WRMC) Chief Nursing Officer, Rosemarie Hayes, RN, MSN, has recently been promoted to CNO at JFK Medical Center.
Rosemarie has been with Westside since January 2004. During her tenure at WRMC, she has implemented many programs including the Clinical Ladder Program, a shared governance model and the rapid response team. Rosemarie has a strong focus on education of the nursing staff.
Rosemarie has her Bachelors and Masters of Science degree in Nursing and is a recent graduate of the Wharton Fellows program in management for nursing executives.
